Beacon ("we," "us") operates the website at beaconfamily.co (the "Site") and is building a mobile app called Beacon. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Site—especially when you join our waitlist.

What we collect

• Waitlist: email address you submit; optional role (parent, caregiver, other); optional campaign fields from URL parameters (for example, UTM tags) if present.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on the Site to understand traffic and usage. Google may process data such as pages viewed, device type, and general location. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this information.

How we use information

We use waitlist data to contact you about early access, product updates, and related news. We do not sell your email. Analytics help us improve the Site; if we add new uses of personal data, we will update this policy and, where appropriate, ask for your consent.

Email

Confirmation or welcome messages may be sent via a transactional email provider. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages, where applicable.

Retention

We retain waitlist records until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purposes described here.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, contact us using the channel we publish for support once the app is live. For now, use the same email domain or contact method you use for Beacon communications.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
